The authorized level of effort (LOE) is 20 working days (i.e., 160 total hours). An illustrative LOE breakdown is provided below for reference purposes only.

VII. Consultant Requirements
The Consultant must have:
- Prior experience leading technical writing on USAID proposal responses
- Prior experience working in Ukraine and/or Eastern Europe
- Expertise in Economic Growth, Private Sector Engagement, Workforce Development, Labor Market Enabling Environment, or other related fields
