Scope and Objectives
The Kaizen Company is recruiting experienced organizational development and change management consultants to work on an innovative institutional reform project in Afghanistan as part of the Afghanistan Electoral Reform and Civic Advocacy project. Assignments may last anywhere between 2-6 weeks and will emphasize building the capacity of government institutions to initiate and implement institutional process improvements to drive improved citizen service delivery.
The Institutional Reform Expert will provide supervision and guidance to launch AERCA’s preferred organizational development model. During this period s/he will support our client, Democracy International, in implementing the reform model in one or two Afghan government institutions. The Institutional Reform Expert will also provide technical leadership mobilizing change management teams within the target ministries.
