Scope and Objective:

The Kaizen Company is seeking Financial Management Advisors for an upcoming 5 year USAID funded project focused on the Capacity Development of indirect partners and key institutions in Pakistan. Advisors will work to build the financial management capacity of Pakistani organizations that work with USAID.

Preferred Qualifications:

Senior-Level

  • Post-graduate degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Specific knowledge of USG and USAID regulations and policies related to the function area(s) is highly desirable
  • Must exercise good judgment, often under times of stress and limited time frames, in making recommendations and providing advice on USAID financial management policies, and when providing advice to Pakistani organizations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team
  • Excellent writing skills are required 

Mid-Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience
  • Specific knowledge of USG and USAID regulations and policies related to the function area(s) is highly desirable
  • Must exercise good judgment, often under times of stress and limited time frames, in making recommendations and providing advice on USAID financial management policies, and when providing advice to Pakistani organizations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team
  • Excellent writing skills are required
